Greek Yoghurt Chocolate Mousse Recipe

A decadent dessert with a mousse-like consistency but without the extra calories! Made with non-fat greek yoghurt, it’s nutritious, full of flavour and packed with protein.

Ingredients :

• 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
• 1 T maple syrup
• 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
• handful raspberries (optional)

Method :

Put yoghurt, maple syrup and cocoa in a bowl and stir till fully combined. If you want it to be extra fluffy, use a hand beater to incorporate some air into the yoghurt. Top with raspberries or fruit of choice for an extra sugar rush!

Notes :

1. Maple syrup can be substituted with honey if required but maple syrup gives the best taste in my opinion and it’s also easier to incorporate into the yoghurt. And oh it has less natural sugar than honey too.
